AI-Use Policy
Last reviewed: June 2026. This page explains exactly how artificial-intelligence tools are, and are not, used on TNC Gadgets.
What AI does on this site
We use AI language tools to assist with: formatting and structuring specification data from manufacturer sources, organising research notes and comparison outlines, and drafting initial text structures for editorial review.
What humans must do (non-negotiable)
Every page passes human editorial review before publishing. A human editor must verify every specification against a manufacturer source or trusted spec database, confirm the Nepal price from a named seller or distributor, add Nepal-specific context (warranty type, official-distributor status, NTC/Ncell band compatibility), and check that the verdict is consistent with the spec data on the same page.
What AI is banned from doing
- Inventing specifications, prices or release dates.
- Creating fake testing results or hands-on claims.
- Writing author credentials or expert qualifications.
- Generating fake user reviews or ratings.
- Claiming first-hand experience with a product that was not tested.
How pages are labelled
Because our assessments are research-based rather than hands-on, every product page carries a “Research-based verdict” note linking to our methodology. Where a human has personally tested a device, the page says “Hands-on”. When in doubt, the research-based label is used.
Responsibility for final approval rests with Niraj Raut (SEO & Editorial Lead).
